REFUND POLICY

All GetBenefitRelief products or services sold direct in the U.S. include a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee.

If you purchased the product or service direct from GetBenefitRelief, or via the online site www.getbenefitrelief.com, complete the following steps for a refund:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase of any GetBenefitRelief product(s) or service(s). Please inform us by fax (609-257-0200); or email (support@getbenefitrelief.com) that you, a retail customer, request a refund and the reason that the product or service did not meet your expectations.
  2. Return all product and service enrollment information to 6 Alton Avenue, Voorhees, NJ 08043. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt. GetBenefitRelief must receive the product and service enrollment information and proof of sale within 15 days prior to your initial request to process the refund.
  3. After meeting these requirements, your credit card will be refunded for the full original purchase price, including any taxes paid to GetBenefitRelief. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. Shipping costs are not refundable.

MD, ND, OK, SC, SD and TX residents: Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials. • AR and TN residents: A refund of all fees will be issued if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days • The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received. • The discount medical card program makes available, before purchase and upon request, a list of program providers, including the name, city, state, and specialty of each program provider located in the cardholder’s service area.
